I do not make these charges lightly.
"The Peak Organization" is located in New York, I am located in Colorado. The amount in question is not worth contacting a lawyer, or going to small claims court. My guess is: that is why they are ripping me off.
Peak is hardly even shy about it. They just ripped me off and told me that I must have misunderstood. When I informed them that I have documentation, they said the person who gave me that documentation (my supervisor, also a peak employee) was not authorized.
Here is what Peak is doing:
1) Refuses to reimburse me for expenses, which they previously assured me would be covered.
2) Not paying me the agreed upon rate.
3) Not paying in a timely manner.
Financially, it's a not a big deal. But, before anybody else here works for Peak, it's something you might want to think about.

Do not even waste your time applying to ANY job posted, attributed to Peak. The position is fake. If you are called, they will try to push some other position on you. They should be made to cease and desist from any and all employment advertising.

This is not a new posting. Peak Organization's posting are repeated very often. Apparently these jobs are BS. Welcome to Internet automation.
I want to point out the ridiculous statement that is repeatedly made in this job posting under the heading Data Conversion Specialist: "Adobe Knowledge of Quark is a plus"
The sad thing is that I emailed a respectful note to this person tadelstein@ explaining the differences of Quark and Adobe and the meaninglessness of the above statement (and no, I wasn't applying for the job).
So I hope Peak Organization will stop cluttering the job market with their BS postings.

I have tried several times to log on and update my profile. The system just hangs there. You can't up load your resume.
I think this is just a bogus company.
One should not waste their time on this company. They do not seem to be real serious.
Im sure its some sort of scam!

I have seen this very same pharmaceutical job listing for about two years now. I agree, The Peak Organizations ads are phoney, probabbly just to generate resume submissions.

It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at Peak Organization?
Any advice on striking the right note?
