Pegasus Group, a Walnut Creek based real-estate development company is seeking an Administrative Assistant. As an Administrative Assistant, you will have many responsibilities and will need to possess the skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, work accurately and efficiently with minimum supervision. You will need a strong work ethic, be extremely organized and have the ability to prioritize. You will assist the Partners and Executive Vice President on a daily basis with miscellaneous projects.

The following is a list of general job duties:

Answering phones
Light Filing
Mail - all incoming and outgoing mail
Assist Partners-Executives
Data Entry/Spreadsheets
Maintain and order Office Supplies
Place advertisements as needed
Light technology tasks


Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of MS Office
Detail oriented
Computer software knowledge
Internet/Email proficient
Ability to multi-task/manage several projects simultaneously
Excellent written and oral communication skills

This is a full-time, Monday-Friday- Position
