Poor work culture. New ideas not welcome nor explored. Poor leadership.
VP (Current Employee) –  Cambridge, MAApril 19, 2017
Poor work environment. Senior leadership needs an overhaul. Overbearing CEO not open to ideas and verbally abusive to employees and agencies. No women in senior leadership positions. Organization lacks employee training. Some leadership presents staff ideas as their own for self promotion. Not a good company to work for.
Pros
Nice office space
Cons
No considerations for employees, No female career advancement.

Upper Management ruin the work experience
System Administrator (Former Employee) –  Cambridge, MAAugust 9, 2016
This was a great place to develop a career and learn. My Coworkers and direct manager were a perfect model of what those positions should be.
Upper management would often stifle productivity by introducing ideas that demanded implementation without collaborating with the SMEs.
Pros
Fun Environment
Cons
Upper management hurts productivity

It was a nice community at Pega Systems.
System Architect (Former Employee) –  Cambridge, MADecember 8, 2015
I worked on all the HR software applications using prpc and Java applets. I wrote the GPS (Global Performance System) application and contributed to the Open Enrollment (Open Enrollment) application. I served as a scrum master and software architect while I was there. There was much to do on a daily basis and I enjoyed interacting with the Human Resources department to gather requirements for the applications.
