Excellent company with excellent perks
Warehouse Distribution Supervisor (Former Employee), Orangeburg, NY –
Pros: end of the month lunches, ping pong tables, free snacks, very family oriented
Cons: they closed their ny operation
Pelco was an excellent company to work for. I started out sweeping floors and moved up to Warehouse Supervisor within 4 years. Excellent work/life balance, they had many perks, incredible management team. Would still be there had they not sold to a larger company and moved.

I like to feel I helped with a goal they needed accomplishing, there was no hope for finding futute employment there. Laying off people instead.

A great place to work...

My experience at Pelco was great although it did change from when the company was bought. Some benefits we had was cut and the culture at Pelco was also minimize. It is still a great place to work for depending on the department you are in.
