Cons: high health care costs.
A typical work day. First thing in the morning i would enter payroll for the crew's and office staff. Take in-coming calls from customers and make out-going calls to customers. Schedule the installers to go out to do jobs. Help customers with whatever they needed. I loved my job and the people I worked with.
