It is face pace if you take calls, If you process it is a very enjoyable job because you are able to be in your own zone and complete your work. If you take calls it is very stressful because the requirements are very high. You dont even have tine to take a drink in between calls or they will hound you, You are expected to be a robot.

Very hectic,annoying due to constant changing policies, systems with little to no notice which causes stress and a lot of anxiety to us as employees who just want to make a living,feed our families

Work pace is based upon the person.. Though there is quota to meet.. they understand to a point your struggles
