There was high turnover which is commonplace in this business as well as the fact that Washington, DC is a transient area but, overall not a bad environment to work.
Other than scheduled appointments in sales and service everyday was different.
The pay and benefits are decent and competitive with other companies. They care about employees and their feedback. There are many social morale boosting events such as luncheons. They offer rewards for doing a good job and let you know if there is an area where you could improve. They have great training for customer service and technical knowledge.
Room for improvement would be: better parking, more opportunity for hourly employees to earn overtime, better software, and updated equipment (i.e. printers).
