Productive workplace of unloading/loading freight onto trucks
Dock Worker (Former Employee) – Chicago, IL – July 13, 2015
I would do paperwork on tallying that freight was present and prepped to be loaded onto trucks for delivery. Then, once trucks arrived, we would load the inbound freight (car parts) onto them in a timely manner. The hardest part was having to work with an inconsistent teamwork at times. I would have to train new workers and not get properly compensated for it. Another difficult part of the job, was knowing that there was no promotions as far growing with the company. The most enjoyable was the how fast the time go by the amount of work that needed to be done.

promotions, compensation, favortism, safety hazards
