I was lucky, I was getting about 50 min to 70-90 hrs a week. Common time to work for me was 6 am to 9pm, midnight or even 1-2am. Its worth noting that they made sure you got at least 8 hours down time, so even though they opened at 630-7am..if you got off at midnight the earliest they allowed you to come in was 8am. To be fair they may not make you come in until next day after lunch if you worked so late...but i liked pushing the envelope, but i'm a workaholic.

You have to come in 15 minutes early to "stretch" and have to stay 15 minutes longer to do your "5S" ( clean ). In total, thats 8 hours and 30 minutes. You never know if you have to work on Fridays until about mid week, so you are never able to make plans ahead of time in your personal life. If there is a large order, you will work every Friday until that order is complete, they do not care.
