Senior Inside Sales Representative, Orange, CA - May 27, 2015
Being that its an inside sales position a typical day involves making at least 50-60 phone calls a day to existing customers and dealer representatives. The phone calls can become very monotonous when you don't get the person you need to speak with on the phone. Overall management for the organization is great, but there are some short comings with department managers. Can sometimes feel like its a "my way or the highway" environment, but you can generally speak up your concerns without any issue of repercussion. The coworkers are great, if you can make time to get to know them, but it can be difficult to get to know everyone in an office with over 100+ employees. The hardest part of the job is finding a way to stay motivate throughout the day. A few back to back voice mail recordings can bring you down. The best part of the job is that it starts and ends as you are in and out of the office. It is rare in this position that you find yourself working from home.
