For the Senior Respite Supervisor position, I was screened over the phone and asked to come into the Rochester office for an interview. After my interview was completed, I was contacted by HR in Buffalo to schedule a second interview and possible job offer. My second interview was conducted in the Buffalo office where I completed paperwork for drug testing, fingerprinting and a background check. I was scheduled to complete fingerprints the next day and a drug screening within (3) days. The entire process from phone screening to the completion of the background check took a total of (3) weeks. I began training the following week in Buffalo Monday-Friday from 8:30-4:00. Mileage is paid at .49 cents per mile included in your first paycheck. I must note training locations vary and there is one training per month in the Rochester office if there are at least (5) new hires. If not, Buffalo or Hamburg is where you would attend training. I hope this helps!

It is a two part interview that takes place at two different locations. After the first at a main office most applying will be sent to up to 3 different sites in need of staff.

They ask a lot of questions to make sure that you're fit to be an aide

It was ok they allow you to tour the house or building that you are going to work at to let you see what you would be doing.
