I actually enjoyed working for People Scout. It was an entry level job so the salary was proportional to that. They had very flexible hours and days off available.
Since it was a large call center, a typical day would be to come in, log in, and start receiving calls.
They had a quality control system that kept call volume high and also a very intuitive software package we worked with that was easy to follow but also particular because of the different clients they were contracted by
I learned that working in a large call center can be both efficient and pleasant. The office was very modern and employee friendly.
