Reporting to: President
Overview: Provide high-level administrative support to the President by acting as gatekeeper to internal and external contacts, conducting research, preparing presentations, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
Education: 5+ years experience working in an executive assistant capacity
Skill Requirements / Qualifications: The qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
Excellent interpersonal skills – being able to interact well throughout the organization
Outstanding organizational skills
