PeopleAdmin systems are hosted at a professionally managed data center and employ the latest technology to ensure the highest level of availability and security. The "ASP" delivery model allows client's to enjoy the highest level of functionality, service and support, with minimal investment in technology and virtually no impact on internal IT resources. Configuration of Forms - PeopleAdmin configures all of our systems around the unique business processes of each client. PeopleAdmin can replicate a client's existing forms (Ex. Employment Application, Job Requisition, Position Description, Performance Evaluation, Personnel Action Form, etc.) and business processes. PeopleAdmin will even model the graphics, colors and logo to match the look and feel of a clients existing website. The amount of system configurability is based upon a client's selected Service level. Implementation Support - PeopleAdmin can be implemented in as little as 30 days depending upon the Modules and Service level selected. PeopleAdmin implementation includes the complete configuration of a clients system, development of training manuals and either onsite or web training for Human Resources staff members. PeopleAdmin also brings the unmatched knowledge and best practices from over 400 successful Public Sector implementations. Continued Support - PeopleAdmin recognizes that our solutions are an integral part of a customer's operations. This is why we offer comprehensive Client Services as part of our annual maintenance fee. These services include multichannel customer service via web, email or phone; system upgrades; system hosting and system revision requests. The number of revision requests is determined by a client's existing support and service level. PeopleAdmin also provides several methods to resolve any technical difficulties including access to our Client Services online portal, where clients can share best practices from the PeopleAdmin Client Community, review answers to commonly asked questions and monitor the status of all requests. Clients can also speak with a Client Services Consultant during normal business hours from 8:00-5:00 Central Standard Time. Our vision is to be our customers' advocate, partner and first point of contact for technical issues regarding PeopleAdmin services. Create Job Requisitions - Allow approved Hiring Managers to submit job requisitions directly to Human Resources for review, approval and posting. Improve Control and Oversight - Allow Human Resources and Affirmative Action to track the status of all recruitments on campus using a variety of standard reports and queries.
