Founded in June of 2008, PeopleOps combined time tested phone based passive candidate development with cutting edge technology based research architecture. The result was a recruiting consultancy equally adept at executive recruiting and scalable global implementation. For years, we've refined that value proposition. With many organizations our relationship now spans from contract candidate development/sourcing to a fully integrated staffing solution.

Our projects have ranged from Google's product management team to Major Account Managers for Juniper Networks. But despite this diversity, all of our projects reflect a common need to find the absolute best candidates with both precision and agility.

Today, PeopleOps is an independent entity and a passionate advocate for building world class teams for compelling brands of all sizes.

PeopleOps has offices in Tallahassee, with consultants in Tampa, Boston, London, and Sidney. We are currently building 10 major vertical groups with a combined 53 individually focused practice desks.

• Plan, coordinate and execute special events/conferences for CEO.

• Support recruiters and several Hiring Managers in the recruiting department by coordinating on-site and remote interviews and organizing travel and accommodations.

• Generate offer letters and facilitate the new hire on-boarding process.
