Labor Ready
District Manager (Former Employee) –  Tacoma, WASeptember 18, 2017
Labor Ready was a fast paced environment which required your ability to make decisions on a regular basis. To be successful it took a team who wasn't afraid to take action. This was a sales oriented position and required marketing, cold calling, recruiting and customer service. To be successful you had to be a leader and you had to recruit and train leaders. Determining the right person for the right task was a key part of generating results on a consistent basis. The most enjoyable part of the job was delivering above average results.

Laborer (Former Employee) –  Pasadena, TXSeptember 14, 2017
Provides a great opportunity for quick work. The work is unreliable, but you get paid upon completion of each job. You have to arrive early to receive work for the day if there is any.

Temp (Former Employee) –  Greensboro, NCSeptember 14, 2017
The manager of this particular location plays some rather petty games. if you decide to work here please be careful. try not to get food poisoning while you work under her. She'll count that as a call out.

Temp Agency
Temporary Worker (Current Employee) –  Springfield, ORSeptember 13, 2017
PeopleReady is mostly a general laborer temp agency so if someone is looking for administrative work this might not be the place. On that note, if you are a hard worker and do not slack off on the job you will most likely get steady work (whether at the same place or different places throughout the week). The staff at the Springfield, OR branch is the best. They take time to help out whenever possible and are very prompt to getting a worker paid out.
