Here's what people have asked and answered about working for and interviewing at PeopleShare.
The position offered to me was sold to me as a medicare supplement sales agent, and then it turned into nothing mattered but memberships. So make sure you ask about the requirements for membership sales because no matter how good you are at all the other skills, they only care about the membership sales, and they are ruthless about them. you must be able to handle the stress of always getting those, even for people who obviously don't need or want them, you must try to sell them anyway.
The policy is accrued PTO. If you are a contractor, you get no paid days, holidays as well. There are times they offer voluntary time off, but that is unpaid time when the phone traffic slows down, and always based on the east coast time, we are on the west coast.
The benefits that the company provide is to get the agent licensed. You can come in as an customer service Rep and then get licensed and they pay for it twice.
No sick policy none
