The Pepsi Bottling Group, Inc. (PBG) is a wholly owned subsidiary of PepsiCo, Inc. PBG operates carbonated soft drinks and other ready-to-drink beverages. It conducts business in all or a portion of the United States, Mexico, Canada, Spain, Russia, Greece and Turkey. PBG is the manufacturer, seller and distributor of Pepsi-Cola beverages.
