Peregrine has been around for a while but is really focused on Phase III now for the Bavi Cancer Trial. A typical day is multi-tasking many high profile projects. It's a great place to take what you know and be able to make a difference.
The Management has been a round for a while and built the company from the ground up. They now are recruiting more people from big pharma so its a bit of a melting pot.
The hardest part of my job is that there are high expectations and sometimes I have to work pretty hard to bring a project in under deadline. It's not a place if you just want to sit back. You have to want to make a difference in Cancer treatment and patient lives.
I really like my work, getting to know people at the company socials and being with a successful organization.
