As a Customer Service and Sales Support Representative, you will have the opportunity to interact with existing customers, sales personnel, and vendors in a way that will allow you to impact the overall growth of the company. The right candidate will be able to:

  • Multi-task effectively
  • Assist existing customers with general inquiries
  • Support sales activities including rate generation and account administration
  • Manage vendor relationships professionally
  • Understand and contribute to revenue based activities
  • Identify market potential
  • Expand sales in existing accounts
  • Contribute information to market strategy
