Perkins Eastman Architects seeks a Operations/Office Manager (OM) with experience doing Contract Administration (CA) work for our San Francisco office. As the Operations Manager/Contract Administrator, you will partner with the principals and staff to provide support and direction for the day-to-day office administration, while working closely with the Financial Management Leader and the Accounting Department to accomplish financial goals established for their project. This position calls for a polished individual with excellent organizational skills, including ability to multi-task, prioritize, and track multiple projects with respect to deadlines. This person must be flexible, patient and have strong interpersonal skills. If you enjoy a diverse variety of job duties and working with creative people, this is the position for you.
A minimum of three years of experience in financial management, database management or other similar position – prior experience in the architectural industry a plus, but not required
Experience working with little or no direct supervision
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proficiency with Deltek/Vision program
