First Job ,great experience,great work place.Very Professional

I really liked working for Perot! I wish I still worked there!

I would said this they put you in a box an that is where you are to say. You can never receive a rating of better than average and if they can find away they will give you a lower rating. Average rating or less you will not receive any increase in pay. They speak of great thing but never follow through. Poor working environment.

Perot Systems was a great place until they were bought out and outsourced.

Good company and nice supervisor. Always there to help with any questions or concerns.

Software is one tool Dell (Perot) uses to generate new BPO contracts. BPO is where they make their best revenues in healthcare. Be prepared to know everything that is going on with your accounts, especially on the P&L. Competition with Xerox (ACS), HP (EDS) and some smaller players is tough, but Dell has some sharp leaders and some buffoons in leadership – more...  (like many companies. Pressure to perform is high, learn quickly and stay one step ahead. The old Perot culture is "be on the job 24x7", beware. – less

Great opportunity for long term travel.
Promotes increasing knowledge and experience.

This was a great place to work, the job did require long hours, etc...but that is expected in the IT business. The company was working on life/work balance. I enjoyed working for Chuck and his team, they were great. Met excellent mentors and people who worked hard on the projects.
