Seeking exceptional, highly trustworthy part-time Personal Assistant for retired gentleman in Barton Creek area. Personal Assistant will be responsible for maintenance of home (hiring/coordinating contractors/repairs as needed), running errands, grocery shopping, basic meal prep, light housekeeping (i.e. tidying on the Housekeepers days off), and scheduling appointments and other typical admin duties. Employer is still active in business community and thus the position will require polished office skills; Reliable transportation with appropriate insurance is a must. Ideal candidate would be bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
Position will work out of client's home, but is flexible in nature. Duties will require approximately 20 hrs/wk, with flexibility in the day based on appointments scheduled (mainly varying from 11am-5pm). Working M-W-F, 12-5:30 are the hours required.
