Transport patients to and from Hospitals, Convalescent Facilities, Private Homes,
Dialysis Units, Doctor’s Offices, Physical Therapy, or Rehabilitation Center in a safe and timely manner. Responsibilities also include vehicle upkeep, equipment cleanliness,
stocking of vans and filling out shift papers.
- Must have an attitude geared toward safety
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Required to perform basic math, reading and problem solving skills.
- Must possess a basic mechanical aptitude to detect and report vehicle and
equipment symptoms and problems.
- Involves sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, reaching and lifting (up to 75 lbs) for
varying periods of time throughout the day.
- Reliable transportation to work
- Must be able to work as a team player
No more than(2) moving violations and/or accidents related to transportation, where the driver was at fault.
All drivers must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and have a current valid Georgia driver's license.
All drivers must have no prior convictions for illegal substance abuse or sexual crime or crime of violence. Any person who has been convicted of a felony during the last five (5) years will drive only after satisfactory review by the Personal Attention Transport, LLC and it’s agents.
Individuals who have had within the last five (5) years or currently have suspended or revoked driver's license, commercial or other, are prohibited. This excludes individuals whose cause for license suspension is for non-payment for child support, once the courts release the individual
and such release can be verified and the individual remains in good standing for a minimum of ninety- (90) days. At any point the individual's status changes and he or she is in arrears of child support payment(s) said driver's approval would be revoked permanently.
Pay: $7.50 per hour.
