Petra's full-color catalog is mailed twice annually to more than 100,000 small-to-medium retailers across the United States. Several other targeted publications are sent throughout the year as well to extend Petra's reach.
In business for 23 years, Petra enjoys an advantageous location within the Oklahoma City metropolitan area in Edmond, Okla. This central location gives us the ability to ship to either coast within four days. Petra's facility is presently over 100,000 square feet in size with six additional acres of land for future expansion and growth. Our current customer list includes over 33,000 accounts, all serviced from our single location.
Petra continually strives to meet retailers' accessory needs through a number of different approaches, including feedback submitted from Web site traffic, attendance at industry conventions and shows, as well as through requests for items not currently in the product line. We're a "customer-driven" company, allowing for continuous growth of its business as well as its customers' businesses.
Petra offers a drop-ship fulfillment program for approved online retail customers (i.e. E-tailers). E-tailers can place an order via EDI, flat file, Web EC, e-mail or fax, and every order leaves Petra in a package with a customized shipping label displaying the E-tailer's logo, company name and address. Packages are shipped directly to the end-user customer so Petra's E-tailers don't have to lift a finger. This allows more time for our E-tailers to market and sell product without the hassles of shipping and inventory maintenance.
