Full Time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant immediate position opening in our Corporate Office. PRC is an INC 500 company, that has received numerous awards for customer satisfaction and quality of work. The environment is fast paced, yet friendly and family owned.

Answering phones while performing other duties
Must have experience with QuickBooks accounting software
Familiar with Google and Google Calendar/Docs Management
Must be able to multitask
Must be able to maintain correct filing of all paperwork
Highly organized & clean
Must be a self starter and self motivator

*Non-smoking environment strictly enforced

Training will be provided on software.

Hours are 8 AM to 5 PM

Compensation Based on Experience ($23K to $26K), Benefits accrued after initial probationary period
