Billing/Accounting Clerk II, Denver, CO - December 12, 2017
A typical week: invoicing clients (before switching roles with co-worker), running reports, invoicing to vendors, time sheets, unit reports, calling vendors when needed, payroll every 2 weeks, helping out others when needed. Training new hires on times sheets for Deltek. Covering phones for the front desk, and sometimes the door. I learned quite a bit, but still needed help with items here and there. I took on quite a bit in the time that I was there, and stayed busy. Sometimes it got hard, but I managed to go through it, still got stressed. The enjoyable part of the job, the people.
