I left the Moorestown, NJ store due to extremely poor management. They'll blame you for things that aren't your fault. Lack of training and empty promises. Too much finger pointing. You will be asked to do tasks that require at least 8+ hours to do in 4 to 5 hours. They expect the trucks/stock to be done on time when they only have one stocker employed there. They expect you to work faster the bigger the truck. Not paid enough for the work you put into the place. If you enjoy working your fingers to the bone for very little to no money then this is the place for you. Good luck to those who apply. You'll need it.

The reasons why I left:
The bather pay is not livable, I'm an adult I have bills.
They worked me to the point of Anxiety Attacks weekly
At the end of the night the 1 bather is left with the entire kennel, bath tubs, drains, and walls by themselves. (If you are lucky a groomer or 2 may help if you close with them) but usually the groomers are reading books or on their phones! And when you don't have everything in the back done by closing time you get dirty looks and aggravated tones.

All in all not worth it

Horrible management. Treat employees very badly. Bullying by leaders. After 6 years I couldn't take it anymore it only continued to get worse as the years went on.

I started to work in Pet Care and agreed to be trained a a cashier for back-up and extra work opportunities. By the end, I was only working the register (even rarely working the floor, which a lot of customers loved) and was unofficially out off of PC. When we got a new PC manager, she didn't even know that I was part of the team. I had to leave after animals failed to receive emergency care and I was constantly being "asked" (and refusing) to clean-up cats (the worst part of PC for everyone) because the worst of my co-workers CLAIMED that she had developed allergies and wouldn't step down from PC.
