Remove the whole management team: start fresh with real leaders; pay for parking or transportation for low income employees that do all of the work, fire the Operations director and the HR VP as lots of issues start with these 2, move the location from downtown dallas to the south dallas or the suburbs - hire a consulting team to get the company back on track
