Great transition job
OMNI Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) –  Dallas, TXMarch 20, 2017
There are different campaigns you can work for, so experiences may vary. The Charlotte Russe campaign is a fun and stressful campaign. The management isn't the greatest, so it's best to stay on top of your attendance, adherence, etc to avoid petty write ups. Schedules require most people to have 1 week day and 1 weekend day off. Taking off, even with accrued PTO can sometimes be a struggle. The work environment can be stressful with a team of mostly women sometimes.

Personally do not see a career here, but that may be due to my current educational path.
Pros
Near dart train for commuting, coffee, ice
Cons
Short breaks, no free parking, downtown dallas

Overall this is a good company to work for. If you don't like over time then this isn't the job for you. Some weeks, even months you will work long 10 to 12 hour shifts. Very good monetary compensation.
Pros
Guuranteed work

Long hours

Contracted Call Center. Worked on the Untied States Mint contract. The management is not very present. The location of the call center is not in the safest location with the hours of ending late in the night in down town Dallas it is not safe.

The management will break down the workload in every detail but the supervisor will try to make work harder than it really is.

Manager (Former Employee) –  Dallas, TXJanuary 5, 2017
Huge gap between leadership and front line employees. There is a call center, warehouse, and corporate office. It feels like the corporate office definitely looks down upon the other two.
Pros
Atmosphere
Cons
Pay/Always open

Poor leadership on GM levevl and above
Operations Manager (Former Employee) –  Southaven, MSJanuary 4, 2017
If you have any strong management skills that can be utilized somewhere else then do not bother with PFS. They sell you a good story during interview process but when you get into the company you see the reality. They are losing large accounts due to poor management in their GM ranks and high turnover due to unorganized work schedules and planning. If you do join this company do not say you were not forewarned.
Pros
GOod froup of hourly employees at some locations
Cons
Weak leadership at VP and GM levels. No one wants to make a decision. Lots of scapegoating.

7 years no vacation
Sr. Representative, Tier II IT (Former Employee) –  Allen, TXAugust 4, 2016
This is a multi-out sourcing company, which means there are hundreds of companies and businesses inside any one cubical - cross train you tail off as much as you like.

Pay will get you 3% a year, 5% if you do cocaine with the managers and black mail co-workers etc

Typical health insurance policies of what's legal - they will drop these when "back taxes" hit and employees will get 32 hours a week instead of 40 etc

Once you're in, they are pretty proper about keeping you there, performing on a daily basis. Any request for schedule changes or vacation are pretty much shot down. So if the basic hours that you wind up with don't bother you, you'll be fine, but there's no way to accommodate you own outside of work life.

Warning: If you have a baby sitter, plan on working over time if they hear about it.

If they get busy, sit your booty down, work through lunch, do at least an hour of OT on top of no lunch break - they cater, but just grandy's or typical "cheap" lunch delivery. Never a plate of food you would finish by taking home with you.
Pros
It's a reliable job
Cons
No Schedule changes and Vacation (EVER)
