Pros: weekly pay
Cons: short breaks, lazy management
This job sounded great from the temp agency. Said we would take orders all day and recommend products. WRONG.
You are taught to sell, troubleshoot, have no recourse on disappointed customers receiving their product on time as promised, have to waitand see if you are scheduled every week instead of them giving you a date when your assignment is complete, then if you just happen to get a specific campaign, you will sit on the company clock getting paid to do nothing. I prefer to work so the limited duties for this company, along with their ridiculous scheduling......only work here as a call center rep if you like to "lax around".
