7 years no vacation
Sr. Representative, Tier II IT (Former Employee) – Allen, TX – August 4, 2016
This is a multi-out sourcing company, which means there are hundreds of companies and businesses inside any one cubical - cross train you tail off as much as you like.
Pay will get you 3% a year, 5% if you do cocaine with the managers and black mail co-workers etc
Typical health insurance policies of what's legal - they will drop these when "back taxes" hit and employees will get 32 hours a week instead of 40 etc
Once you're in, they are pretty proper about keeping you there, performing on a daily basis. Any request for schedule changes or vacation are pretty much shot down. So if the basic hours that you wind up with don't bother you, you'll be fine, but there's no way to accommodate you own outside of work life.
Warning: If you have a baby sitter, plan on working over time if they hear about it.
If they get busy, sit your booty down, work through lunch, do at least an hour of OT on top of no lunch break - they cater, but just grandy's or typical "cheap" lunch delivery. Never a plate of food you would finish by taking home with you.
No Schedule changes and Vacation (EVER)
