About Phacil
Phacil has been providing Facility Support, Administrative, Clerical and IT Services to the General Services Administration's (GSA), Western Distribution Center (WDC) since October 2004 under a multiple year, ID/IQ contract. The WDC is a fully integrated distribution operation with both domestic and export operations. Phacil is providing a variety of distribution & transportation logistics services, specifically planning, programming, receipt processing, storage and issue of materiel as well as special functions such as packaging, packing and marking. Approximately 1,608,972 lines issued/shipped and 24,000 receipt transactions were processed last fiscal year even with a major move from Rough & Ready Island, Stockton to Sharpe Depot, French Camp!
