Pros: freedom to organize and interact with director and staff, ability to multi-task
Cons: constantly changing priorities from upper management made task completion challenging.
I worked for Endo, Centocor, and Shire Pharma on a temporary basis from 2001 through 2006. What promised to be Temp to Hire never materialized, budgeting issues always cited as the hindrance. I had a great position at Endo working for the Director of Personnel Training and his staff. It was a fun place to work, and although always working on deadlines, with priorities changing hour to hour, I thrived on the challenges, and worked well with entire team.
