Management created a very hostile environment.
From corporate on down, there was no real understanding or care on how their actions/decisions affected the workers.
In there morals they say Employee well being is one of there main concerns.
That is far from the truth.
When the streets were iced over recently one of the Ops managers wanted to write everyone that didn't show up for work.
Certain streets were closed and there was a curfew but yet she felt because of your agreement for employment you should show up at any cost.
Besides all of that, the place had continuous changes that were poorly communicated and trained.
Due to them being in the hole with the FDA, they were willing to let anyone go for simple mistakes without any warnings.
