Fun place to work, educational opportunities and lunches abound. Teams operate independently, with feedback from the agency on work at weekly brainstorming sessions and at the wall. Media not fully integrated, in that they get what they get with no input from creatives. The work could be cherished more. Heavy account management focus and still hierarchy in that discipline. Not completely without politics. Overall, a great place to work if you don't need to be paid a lot. Santa Monica location is nice. Opportunities to be promoted are limited, but you won't starve at least.
