Definitely a fun place to work. Employees are honest and very supportive.

The company believes in feedback and open communication at all levels, client work as well as with each other. This practice results in a safe and unique environment where self improvement and growth are measurable. Employees are treated with respect and the team approach to client service is the best formula for success. Because the company has an ESOP (employee owned) everyone strives to be productive and successful. There are task forces that are run by employees to help run the company. Everyone can participate and it's a great way to be heard. These task forces host seminars, change Company policies and even encourages themed happy hours. Promotions and pay increases occur a little slow. You start with 2 weeks vacation and have to wait a long time before you get 3 weeks. But these are minor downsides compared to the overall work environment. It consistently ranks high as one of the best places to work by the LA Business Journal.
Strong Camaraderie, catered lunches, flex time, weekly seminars, lots of room for participation, effective approach to client service
Limited room for promotion, Need more titles that include "junior " and "senior" to distinguish the more seasoned
Good culture, good structure, but not without pitfalls

Fun place to work, educational opportunities and lunches abound. Teams operate independently, with feedback from the agency on work at weekly brainstorming sessions and at the wall. Media not fully integrated, in that they get what they get with no input from creatives. The work could be cherished more. Heavy account management focus and still hierarchy in that discipline. Not completely without politics. Overall, a great place to work if you don't need to be paid a lot. Santa Monica location is nice. Opportunities to be promoted are limited, but you won't starve at least.
