Phil has served numerous companies nationwide as an executive recruiter and consultant in organizational development and compensation. He has received numerous industry awards from professional associations including being named the North Carolina Professional Consultant of the Year. Prior to 1978, Phil worked for Abbott Laboratories as a Recruiting Specialist and Compensation/Benefits Manager.
Lee Douglas began his career with Almay Cosmetics. He advanced through the ranks and became the Director of QA and Technical Services before moving to Director of Materials. Lee joined PEA in 1983. A CQE, Lee is a member of ASQC, ACS, RAPS, and ISPE and specializes in technical recruiting.
Elizabeth Greene provides the excellent company and candidate research that is so vital to finding the best candidates for any particular assignment. Each has been applying her research efforts across all career disciplines for years. Claudette Weaver and Trish Thompson provide the solid office and computer support to enable PEA to provide the best in search and recruiting services. Finally, PEA can access the recruiting expertise of several hundred recruiting firms through its many affiliates.
