Ciampa has always been recognized as a leader in the beauty industry. In fact, in 1985, Philip Ciampa was asked to be a guest judge in a L'Oreal Competition and was on a panel with other industry giants. Philip Ciampa, a man of creativity and unbelievable talent, was awarded Entrepreneur of the Year and is continuously receiving awards for being a top salon in Massachusetts.
