Pay was much less than competitive, but great benefits. Colleagues were all very close, and many of us still keep in touch. Management on site was wonderful. My only suggestion to Corporate management is to never repeat the tactics of the Milpitas-Sunnyvale layoffs. People remember.

This company was interesting due to the fact that making making masks to enable the etch of chip design was just another factor in the process of semiconductor production.
