It is an antiquated company, still paper-based and requiring Agents to follow outdated procedures. It is male-dominated and they do nothing to attract more female Agents, which would create more of a balance in the workplace. The managers, at least in my experience, treated me like a hired hand more than employee. How this company has lasted so long is beyond me.
