Pros: flexible hours, mostly nice co-workers
Cons: lack of pay increases/merit raises.
Benefits are decent.
too many changes with new Corp. CHS
They like to pile on the work load , but don't give incentives or decent pay increases. I feel neutral about management. Overall, I think if you know how to work smart and not hard, you will be okay. I would give it a try, but don't be surprised after a while its not all what you thought at the beginning of employment.
