Physicians Toxicology is a specialized laboratory with state of the art equipment designed to meet the specific needs of monitoring patient compliance in the Pain Management and Addiction Medicine practice. Physicians treating patients suffering from chronic pain face several unique challenges, including those associated with medication management. Routine urine drug testing provides documentation to rule out illicit drug use or non-compliance with a prescribed drug regimen. Job Description:

Responsibilities and Duties:
 Managing a team of field service representatives which includes recruiting, hiring and training, scheduling, and on-site performance management
 Responsible for the account implementation process and ongoing account management in a healthcare environment
 On-site visits to all assigned accounts on a regular basis to ensure customer satisfaction
 Create and oversee the implementation of tools utilized in the field with the aim of enhancing operational effectiveness
 Accompany Sales Account Executive for client in-services, and coordinate and attend first collection in a new account
 Implementation of best practices to make the overall team more efficient
 Build long-term relationships with field personnel as well as other managers and Sales Account Executives
 Schedule and perform staff training at physician’s offices as necessary
 Review the Physicians Toxicology web portal with client to ensure customer understanding of reporting process

Requirements and Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in business management or logistics or equivalent combination of education and experience
 3-5 years’ experience in project management preferred
 Laboratory testing or pain management market experience beneficial
 Ability and willingness to travel
 Possess a professional business appearance and demeanor
 Proficient in MS Office Suite
 Demonstrated ability to comply with HIPAA regulations
 Prioritize tasks in a fast paced, high growth environment

Employment Package includes:
