Physiotherapy Associates, owns/operates over 500 outpatient clinics nationwide. We provide physical, occupational and speech therapy services to patients recovering from orthopaedic, sports related, and neurological illness and injury.
With facilities throughout the United States, Physiotherapy Associates is one of the nation's leading outpatient – more... rehabilitation organizations. We are searching for an experienced hand therapist or certified hand therapist to practice in our established clinic in Phoenix and Metro Phoenix area.
The candidate should be a AZ-licensed Occupational or physical therapist with at least 3 years of clinical Hand therapy experience.
Existing relationships with physicians, insurance companies, and other referral sources within the Phoenix area is a plus.
Candidates should possess the skills and abilities to market therapy services to physicians, case managers, and the community; lead other clinic directors; as well as the ability to open new clinics, grow existing clinics, and lead them into being the #1 providers of outpatient rehabilitation services in the community.
Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus bonus potential. We have an excellent benefits package, which includes medical/dental/Rx, un-capped cont-ed spending, matching 401k, stock purchase plan, manual therapy certifications, Transitional DPT programs and much more!
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and motivated individual who enjoys autonomy and the rewards of high performance. On average, our therapists only see 12 patients per day. We believe this gives us the perfect balance between quality patient care and running a hand therapy practice, and we are looking for therapists who share this same commitment.
