As a hiring manager, I plan a4 week turn-around from job offer to start date. References, education verification, background check are some of the steps along the way. Once all of these are completed, HR schedules you for the NEO which typically is 3-4 weeks from when the job offer was made.

I have heard it is hard to get on at Piedmont.... the HR Depart has a high turn over rate.... and are over worked....if you really want to work for them...keep applying...also find a manager in the dept you want to work in and contact them on Linkin....they have HUGE pull in their dept.... Good Luck!!!
