North Campus Crossing is seeking a full time Assistant Marketing Director for class A student housing consisting of 1692 beds / 600 units located in Greenville, NC.
The Assistant Marketing Director will assist the Director of Leasing & Marketing with coordinating and implementing the leasing and marketing strategies for the property to ensure that the property achieves budgeted occupancy and maximizes revenue by growing rent rates. Primary focus involves managing the sales team and executing the marketing plan.
Report traffic and sales volumes daily to the Director of Leasing & Marketing and others as required. Act as primary customer service representative for the property. Execute the marketing plan in order to achieve full budget occupancy. Maintain all leasing statistics of the property with the use of Yardi & Leasing Diary. Maintain the ambiance and cleanliness of the model apartment(s).
Minimum 3 years prior sales/marketing experience-preferably in student housing. Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service and organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Computer skills required: Excel, Word and property management software. YARDI experience preferred.
