Its a long night of getting wet and working with chemicals. Management is alright for the most part. The workers on my shift are very good people to work around. Cleaning the belts with a lot of meat and grease I say is the hardest part of the shift. Leaving to go home after, getting wet all night has to be the most enjoyable part of the job.

Workload in general can be involved but the biggest obstacle is not the work itself, it's the people you work with. There are not many team players. They promote people first and a family environment but most the time this is not the case.
Forklift Operator (Former Employee) – Mount Pleasant, TX – June 23, 2017
We loaded freezer trucks with chicken all night. Management was nice but sometimes demanding. We worked in freezer so it was always cold, but I love the cold. The hardest part was stocking the freezer bays without damaging pallets. The fun part was having acceptable break times with great benefits and compensation.
As a member of the maintenance team, the supervisors think you should live at the plant. There have been several times where they change the planned COB at the last minute. the job itself is good, with plenty of helpful coworkers.

I love working there ,you got a lot of team work there. It's a good place too work at . It's just cold. But I work in the cold area for about a year and then I went to Eve's were it's warm and become a Shift Leader. Good environment too work in.
SHIPPING (Current Employee) – Gainesville, GA – February 6, 2017
I enjoy working in shipping loading trucks. I am basically my own boss. Good medical insurance. Low hourly rate no room for advancement or raises. What you make is all your going to make even if you are moved up to a leadman position it is only 0.50 more per hour. However can work all the overtime I want
