worked a regular 50-55 hour work week including every other saturday. helped customers with their appointments as well as give them an understanding of what maintenance/major issues we have come across. selling our products, service labor time and parts. most all the technicians were very down to earth "cool" guys. lots of joking around but serious when need be. hardest part of the job was just the stress of everything you have to know to run that desk. including customer requests, appointments, labor times,warranty codes, labor operations, ect... but on the other hand the gratification of completing the job and telling the customer their vehicle is fixed and the thank you from all my loyal/regular customers was by far enough to keep going.
