Lack of Leadership
Marketing Analyst (Current Employee), New York, NYFebruary 21, 2014
Pros: $$$
Cons: no advancement
All your hard work - goes to your manager.

Different views from upper-management causes confusion and lack of direction.

Cut just before Christmas, not yet been paid. (Mid-January.)
Gimp (Current Employee), Newport Beach, CAJanuary 17, 2014
Pros: exit sign.
Cons: i rue the day...
At last - hope for the out of work film Zombies. Don't worry guys, after your next movie finishes, there are plenty of people like you here! The boss insists on Funeral Parlor like silence. That's because the place is full of stiffs! There is no dialogue here, just orders. If you are of a sociopathic nature, then why not apply! My only crime was saying – more... good morning, apparently I asked too many questions. I guess a frontal lobotomy helps here, darn I wish I didn't have that personality.
What else? The Finance Compliance manager hadn't heard of Bit Coin, the Supervisor was 2nd grade material and convinced of her superiority and the Manager was insulted if you talked to him. I had more fun in the Army. Lots more. Don't worry America, your bonds are safe, everyone here is too stupid to steal them. – less

PIMCO was an amazing learning experience for me. I gained so much valuable information there, but the management left much to be desired.

Great compensation but expectations are unrealistic
Regulatory Marketing Compliance Analyst (Current Employee), Newport Beach, CAApril 17, 2013
Pros: great compensation and benefits
Cons: micromanagement, unrealistic expectations, very poor work/life balance
Typical days involve working 10-12 hours minimum and it seems you are frowned upon for taking a lunch and having doctor appointments.

Intern (Former Employee), Newport Beach, CASeptember 26, 2012
High level people. Academic culture. Search for quality.
A bit slow in technology and slow in adopting new things.
Work hours are not crazy but in some positions you have to wake up at 4 am.

Typical and Stiff Financial Services culture.
iOS Developer (Former Employee), Newport Beach, CAAugust 9, 2012
Pros: big budget to buy necessary hardware and software to do mobile development
Cons: have to wear a tie in it??, antiquated company culture compared to silicon valley tech, management is not adaptable to mobile trends and solutions, takes alot buyin to do simple things.
Typical and Stiff Financial Services culture. Not a high priority of agile development and or building solutions that are industry standard
