Help Desk professional needed with career growth potential!
IT Service company is looking to add staff to manage recent national growth. A candidate must have the following to be considered;
- Call center/Help Desk experience to manage client process and trouble shoot.
- Understand basic Networking, Open Systems a plus. Wifi applications also desired.
- Have ability to document conversations for next step and client satisfaction
- Understand individual contribution for team goals
- Minimum of 2 year experience in a Help Desk or Call Center environment.
- Technical 2 year degree for information technology or programming
- Excellent verbal communications and customer service skills
