A typical day is very busy. I learned to stay on my toes, cope with interruptions, make timely decisions to resolve customer's needs. Management has gone through many changes in the last 3-6 years. The most difficult part of the job was balancing customer service with the current business practices. The most enjoyable part of the job was helping employers and injured workers navigate through the WC system which can be daunting for them.
