Management changes often and every time they bring in someone new to bring up production, they gush and gush about it but then they start the blame game and the upper management goes on a witch hunt.
* crew on the floor are great together but there is a LOT of backstabbing
*constantly hear about these values but it never applies to the floor or anyone
*each new manager finds someone to target for firing
*not much recognition
Find somewhere else that pays better and gives you room to advance. This company is failing.
