A decent starting job but nothing worth long term investment. Management cares more about the company image than producing a quality product. There's no proactive quality assurance program. Equipment is poorly maintained and only gets taken care of once broken. They would rather install useless features in the shop like computer inventory systems instead of fixing or upgrading essential machines.
Upper management is quick to pat themselves on the back without recognizing the workers who make the product. Lots of favoritism in upper management. Most of them aren't fit to manage a grilled cheese sandwich or have half a clue how their own company functions on the shop floor. They have no idea how much money they bleed out.
